Wendwood Square Apartments

I gave Wendwood Apartments a 3 star, and honestly the 3 star is for the inside of my 3 bedroom where it is peaceful. Now lets get to the outside where the police are at this very moment picking up gun shells because of a shooting the 3rd time this month. I just moved in not even 2 months, too much. I NEED WENDWOOD TO GET SOME CAMERAS OUT HERE AND SOME RENT A COPS FAST BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. ON to the residence, these parents allow their kids to treat our neighborhood like a trash can. I can't even blame the children its the adults that allow this crap. They need to start giving out fines to these bad apples messing it up for everyone else. I bet that will lower the trash and unnecessary junk in the street and sidewalks. Look at how they treat our laundry facilities, can't have anything

Since the new management has taken over, the performance, is unprofessional The staff are unlike the previous staff who were outgoing kind and sociable. A mistake was made in my paying utilities, and I was penalized. Then it came to be, I was never entered I to the portal. When the management discovered the error on their behalf, no apologies were offered and I am still banned from the office. I was penalized for the error. When my lease is finished, I will not renew and my opinion to persons looking into rental, please find a place with a more professional management team. You are threatened with eviction before you're given an explanation. The management before this team is surly missed.

Where do I begin…realistically I wouldn’t give this place any stars but since I have to they will get one! To begin the property manager Robin is absolutely Horrible to put it nicely! To speak with this woman she is very nasty and rude with responses have to make sure you catch her on a good day and don’t expect anything to get done because she isn’t going to fix anything….from no air to non working heater and fridges to be brought disgusting toilets and fridges from other units. And don’t get me started on the roaches 🪳 never in my life have I seen so many roaches and nothing being done!! Not to mention who ownes this place anyways can’t reach anyone above the rude property manager who is of no assistance and does not have any answers. Maintenance is slow and they keep raising prices. They'll also never get stuff done until you badger them over and over and over again. Place is full of roaches and the neighbors are loud. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I just recently moved into my place been here for 3 months it’s a very quiet community and I was instantly sold on no bugs roaches or rats , this is a real review and I love my apartment and it’s affordable 💕
