Wembly At Overlook

Poor Maintenance and Zero Accountability at Wembly at Overlook If you rent here, be prepared to chase down your own maintenance. It feels like their rule is that if you do not complain twice, it does not matter. I submitted a work order for a broken dryer and heard nothing for days. I finally went to the office in person and was told it is “pending” because a third party would come Wednesday, but they were not sure. I asked for a simple email confirmation since I have a gate for my cats that I need to remove. No response. Wednesday came, and they showed up unannounced, then refused to fix it because of the gate. When I called again, they told me I would have to wait another week, until next Wednesday. They also said they would call back around noon with an update. They never did. I calle

I have been at this apartment complex a little over three months and I absolutely love it ! Everyone that I’ve encountered from leasing office staff, maintenance staff, and even neighbors are all kind, helpful, professional, and presentable. Property is very well kept. Leasing office communicates very well with tenants regarding any issues, events or just informational purposes. All pictures online look the exact same in person. I really liked there was a model bedroom I could view before beginning my application process. Oh ! Property is very quiet. The only thing you may hear is apartment doors (heavy doors) closing; but other than that, that’s about it. I am glad and happy that I moved here !

The move-in and move-out process was easy, management was always professional, and I had no issues during my stay. Wembly is a clean community, and I really enjoyed my time there.

Been here a month, honestly this place is great! The apartment layouts are spacious yet cozy and feel like home. The office staff are kind and helpful and the maintenance staff are fast and reliable. The scenery is really beautiful and the pool area is like a little oasis. Oh! And it’s so quiet here - occasionally you will hear the front doors slam (heavy doors) or a little something, but that’s expected at an apartment. It’s peaceful for sure. A tiny part of me wishes the counter tops were updated to something more neutral/white and the walls weren’t a weird yellow/beige, but those are tiny details and do not affect the quality of this place. I would recommend.

I really enjoyed living here! It’s clean and the staff keeps the neighborhood running smooth. Of course nothing is perfect, I do wish there was a space for guest parking but overall would recommend/live here again! P.S. scenery is beautiful! Whitney and Beth are amazing and professional!
