Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

This is the most outrageous telephone experience I have ever had in my life. No one answers at this location and I have been trying now for thirty minutes to talk to Bryan Quinn at this location on Coit Road in Dallas, Texas. Wells Fargo is one of the richest banks in the country. They can afford a live person to answer their phone at each location. Because of their deliberate attempt to save money, they force the caller to get "computer call run around" until the caller is forced to hang up in frustration. For that reason, I will never darken the door of this or any other location of Wells Fargo! Period!

I don't like banks in general, but wells fargo, by far, is the worst. In my opinion, scammers are more ethical than wells fargo. They tell you something and do the other. I had a line of credit and was promised that I will not pay any extra charges as long as I pay it in full within 12 months. Guess what? Within just 2 months from signing the paperwork and taking the money, they ruined my credit, charged me late fees, ... etc. If you want complaint, good luck with that. bunch of criminals in a suite and tie!!

They’re hours say they are opened until 2pm on Saturdays. This is a lie we arrived at 1:25 pm and the cleaning lady was already locked in cleaning up the facility. They don’t even have their hours posted on the front door, nor do they have a walk up ATM. Which results in pedestrians waiting in the drive thru ATM line as well, which as you can imagine will make people nervous if you aren’t aware of what they are doing.

Working hours are not realistic. Website and actual doors open time do not much.

Customer service is terrible, waited over an hour through drive through.
