Deborah is one of the most kind-hearted and supportive people I have ever met. She has made my fiance and I's first time renting process the most stress-free. Thanks to her we will have a wonderful place to call home right after the wedding.

Jorge and Luis the maintenance guys are great, they addressed some issues we faced immediately and with lots of courtesy, they even played with my dog and were super friendly! However, after living here for 10 months I can say: This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH, if you’re even considering moving to this place RUNNING AS FAR AS POSSIBLE as you would live surrounded by dog poop and the uneducated people that don’t pick up after their dogs, leave trash on the green areas, the apartments were built with paper as you will hear EVERY TIME your neighbors upstairs or downstairs flush their toilet, open the shower, have a phone call, vacuum, run the disposal and do the laundry, additionally you will also experience obnoxious people screaming profanities at very late hours from their balcony so won’t be

My time living at wellington vista has been great since day one. With the complex feeling like a resort with the office/lounge, gym, pool, and somewhat small but viable field ; As well as the amazing staff here who are incredibly nice and helpful.

My family just moved to Welligton Vista and since the beginning I knew would be a wonderful place to live. First of all the people who works in the office they do everything to help you be confident and safe. Heather, Deborah, Carla and more they are being so supportive and caring so much. We are more than happy to chose this place for my kids. A very wonderful fresh start. The amenities are clean, cozy and well care. I just wish have more time to enjoy the place, but I will have soon. My kids are very happy, most important to me. Thanks girls. We’re in loving.

Renter or future renter beware. They charge you micro transactions. Example parking was free when we moved, now they charge you. The water, if you are on vacation for a month, you still get charged for plenty water. Why? Because they divide the building usage for each resident. So even though your neighbors with 3 dog uses more water than you, you’ll still pay a ridiculous amount. Also, many neighbors have their dogs poop behind peoples car and do not pick up the poop. Almost stepped on some multiple times. O, and make sure that you take pictures and annotate every little damage. They use poor quality everything and then when it breaks they blame it on you. And finally, if you put in a work order, make sure they follow through and fix it. They will charge you if they don’t fix it and find
