love this home! My children are very happy and that makes me more happy. They have much space to play and their own yard. The schools are the best. Very diverse and work well with special needs. Office management and maintenance responds within minutes! Not used to that. Thank you, Katie and Maria. The best!!

Wellington Place has been home 2yrs and I just signed my third léase. The office, maintenance, and neighbors are fantastic. Maria is the best property manager I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. The home is affordable with great space and a backyard. Great for grilling and entertaining. So close to anything you need for shopping and dining

Living in this community has been a truly wonderful experience. The neighborhood is welcoming, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with a strong sense of pride among residents. It feels safe, family-friendly, and full of people who genuinely look out for one another. One of the biggest highlights is the school district. The schools are highly rated, with dedicated teachers and staff who go above and beyond to support students. Communication is strong, the curriculum is well-rounded, and there are plenty of opportunities for students to grow academically, socially, and through extracurricular activities. I've lived here for 8+ years and I'm overly satisfied with the complex and the staff. They take really great care of you and quickly. Maria and Katie are very nice, informed and helpful. Don't hesitate to move on in, you'll love the location and the peace and quiet.

I moved in back in April, and after several months here I can confidently say I’m very satisfied with my experience. The property has been well-maintained, communication has been clear, and any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled promptly. The staff have been great overall, and I especially want to recognize Maria—she’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout my time here. It really makes a difference when management is attentive and genuinely cares about residents.
