Just don't go when the white lady is in there she's going to tell you it's nothing available with a for rent sign outside. Take a very lite person or white and you'll get in. I can't believe, no, yes, I can, but they are keeping the KKK down to the "we out here level" now, but they are still in the offices.
Have a friend who lives in downstairs apt. The apartments are very attractive and they have equal numbers of downstairs apts and upstairs. There are no steps in the ones down, good for wheelchair dependant and handicapped.
Decent place in respectable location ... I think more thought and effort needed to be put into the remodelling...
Not well maintained.
