Wellington Court Townhomes

Lived here in ‘23-‘24. My family and I really enjoyed our time here. Allison was a great property manager, and Tim was a great maintenance tech. The sound proofing between units was better than expected. Our unit was clean and spacious. I loved how much sunlight poured into the living room.

We’ve lived in Wellington court townhomes for almost 4 years now, it’s been an okay experience. The new management seem to care more than the previous ones we’ve endured, the maintenance person named Tim is awesome and puts a lot of effort into the work he does around the complex. Any issues we’ve had, have been fixed by him quickly and respectfully.

I have lived in Wellington Court Townhomes for 4 years now. We have gone through 4 management companies since I moved in and the new TMG company, new manager Allison and the maintenance guy Tim have really made a big difference. Tim is very nice and comes to fix any issues within a couple days. I also really like the have best egg company they partner with for payments on rent and because of my payday being after the 1st it works very well for me. These are older apartments and the new management had a lot to deal with when they took over. So far they are doing great.

Tim has been a great help in making sure our apartment is kept up to date. If we have any little problem, he immediately comes to fix it and is very quick and efficient at what he does.

I've heard that they may be under new management now but when I was living here it was by far the worst experience I've had in the 18+ houses I've lived in. Mold AND asbestos in the attic that they proceeded to deal with in my BEDROOM with only 2 weeks before I moved out. I had to deal with a giant tube and tons of dust in the room I slept in yet they refused to let me cancel the lease early so I could move somewhere with safe living conditions. On top of that I had to do all my move out cleaning the day my lease was up because that was also the first day in 2 weeks that they weren't in the attic and proceeded to get .13 cents back from my deposit. Not to mention all the times the water was turned off with little or no notice depending on the day and the non existent parking that they won'
