I love my apt I have good neighbors very decent people but there's someone I know in the building 87 murray ave got cut by me stealing my groceries..I saw him grabbing my stuff let him walk away followed him and confronted him when he was going inside his apt.also had packages stolen 4 times reported in the office I still haven get my packages and office is protecting this kind of individuals..it's sad cause alot of the residents are having same issues hopefully with this review the owner sees it and have employees at office take action in this problem we been having for along time.. where alot of times I had to sit on stairs for hours to get my packages. Is very upsetting knowing we have such of scum among us.

I’ve had my mother live on the property for a so moment years and seen lots of people Move in and out even referred someone to apply and they got to apartment before the time of me being in the wait list for so many years to I’ve seen so much in and outs and it’s they choose to help and want to help not just that lucky I’ve called corporate and much more it’s sad to see who they choose to once again…

I love my apartment and feel secure in it. When ever their is a problem I call the office and security and it is taken care of immediately!

IVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR OVER 7 YEARS. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE NOT ONLY ARE YOU CLOSE TO MAIN STREETS, BUT THAT MEANS ALL THE DRUG DEALERS AND CRACK HEADS ALL HANG AROUND HERE. THEY WILL FIND A WAY INSIDE THE BUILDINGS AND EITHER SLEEP ON THE STAIRS OR GET HIGH. THEY WILL SIT ON THE OUTSIDE BUILDING STEPS AND ALSO DO A DRUG EXCHANGE IN DAY LIGHT OR DO DRUGS RIGHT THERE WITH NO SHAME. YOU WONT FEEL SAFE. AND AS WELL THE APARTMENTS ARE JUST NASTY. IVE BEEN DEALING WITH MOUSE ISSUES FOR SO MANY YEARS STILL AM. THEY HAVE COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY APARTMENT AND THE OFFICE DOESN'T DO MUCH BESIDES SEND EXTERMINATION. THREW AWAY ALREADY MY 3RD SET OF SOFAS. AND EAT ALL THE CLOTHES FOOD PAPER ANYTHING THEY CAN GET THEY WILL EAT. TH MOUSE GET EVERYWHERE FROM KITCHEN COUNTERS TO TOP OF TOILETS ON TO PLA
