Listen closely, the recent Five Star reviews on here are fake, they are in stark contrast to what the residents have to say. This place is disgusting. From the old, outdated carpets to the plumbing that clogs often I’m not sure how the owners aren’t embarrassed to list this place on their portfolio of properties. Let me start by saying that there’s no on-site manager, so good luck getting things fixed around here. You usually have to go through three managers to get any response. The girl assigned to our property is lazy, good luck getting her to take any of your requests seriously. This place shouldn’t be allowed to operate in the conditions they’re in. The managers and owners should be ashamed of themselves. The ironic thing about this place? You can’t get the manager of this property

The walls are super thin, you can hear your neighbors yelling and can smell what they’re smoking. The insulation is essentially non-existent so expect your electric bill to be through the roof in the summers. Despite what the managers say, there is no manager on site and they are not very responsive. The only time they really become active with communication is at the beginning of the month when it’s time to collect rent, otherwise good luck getting a hold of them. If you’re gonna live here make sure you’re pretty handy at fixing stuff because the maintenance people here are lazy and unprofessional. My family enjoys living here. The new management is awesome and really cares about the tenants. If there has been any problems they have stayed in contact and fixed it. We look forward to calling Wellington home for years to come.

We received a notice on our door back on January 24, 2023 that stated that water service would be discontinued for all tenants due to non-payment. The owner of the property and the manager were made aware of the delinquency. I see another tenant leave a comment about this situation and I'm guessing the new manager lied in their response and said that this wasn't true, that they had an issue with the meter. The city gives you a grace period and when a water bill goes delinquent for months, that's when they shut off your water. The fact that it got the point where someone from the city had to go and put notices on all 42 units speaks volumes as we can never get so much as a work order fixed from management. Wellington commons apts and management is super nice. My car got stuck in between the alley and the maintenance guys helped me out witch was awesome 👌 I'm happy to call this place my new home. Thanks to the Wellington management team you guys are great people have a blessed day 🙌
