Wellington at Western Branch Apartments

I don’t recommend these apartments. Whatever this is growing out of my shower head very unsanitary and had to buy a whole new shower head today, very disappointed, so much money for rent but this is what I am supposed to clean my body with .. present guest check your shower heads, even unscrew it to see . I do not recommend.

I have a patient that lives here and I just want to say any minor inconvenience they’re coming the very next day if not the same. All of the staff is so polite I’ve been thinking about moving here myself. I love how they’re treated. Reasonable pricing, very nice neighborhood, updated and convenient parking. 10/10

Lived here for almost 4 years. I would probably never move back due to many things. Mostly all of the office staff is very kind. Only had on encounter with one of the staff member who came at me aggressively. Christine was so very pleasant. The major concern I had was, the walls and door is thin and you are guaranteed to hear the conversations or activities of your neighbors. The neighbor is very quiet, which was a plus but living in this complex, you will have to fight for parking spots and expect your vehicle to get dings from small parking spaces. The major issue for me was the ventilation system. For the time I lived there, my kids and I would always get sick constantly. The apartment had very poor air circulation and with the cheap carpet (which would get very dirty fast) , I am sure

I've been living at Wellington for about 7 months now and I can honestly say it's been one of the best experiences I've had with renting. The maintenance team is quick to respond and are incredibly friendly. I know my building is full of other families, but I rarely hear anyone else through the walls - it's a very quiet community overall. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool during the summer due to our busy schedule, but my son has been enjoying the playground recently. Christine in the front office has been a tremendous help from day one and never fails to have a positive attitude. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to enjoy quiet living and solid proximity to the rest of Hampton Roads.

Living at Wellington At western Branch, have been a good community to live, really i have not had any bad experiences. The office staff is very nice Penny, Mana, Kim are very friendly maintenance Ephriam situation that need to be taken care of get done, great staff keep up the great work, Housekeeping keep up the good work. My blessings are upon you all keep up the great work. 😊
