Wellesley Terrace at Short Pump Apartments

I’ve lived here for a year, paying $1,900+ per month, and this complex is held together with hopes and dreams. The photos I’ve shared show the actual condition of Wellesley Terrace — peeling paint, broken fixtures, exposed wiring, and neglect everywhere. Management is focused on collecting fees, not taking care of tenants. ⸻ My Experience This summer, our AC broke during peak heat. It took 3 weeks to fix. I called twice a week, and after two weeks they finally brought a single window AC unit—for one room in a two-bedroom apartment. The sliding doors constantly come off the cheap plastic rails. The microwave malfunctions—turning on randomly or shutting off when you press start. Maintenance seems to work only on the office and common areas, while the actual living spaces are ignored. ⸻

From the initial pre–move-in process to the final move-in, the team at Wellesley Terrace went above and beyond to support us in settling into our new home. The staff are always professional, approachable, and ready to help with anything needed. The apartments are well maintained and clearly refurbished on a regular basis. Thank you for making this new chapter such a smooth and seamless experience.

Great Maintenance and Service. I stayed here for a year, and I loved every bit of it. It has a beautiful lake in the community. I face a problem with the Air Conditioning during the snowy winters last there, but the maintenance did everything to resolve the issue at the earliest. The staff is also very responsive and supportive.

I had a great experience with the maintenance staff. From submitting the request to completion, everything was handled smoothly. Mr. Sayed is respectful of my apartment, communicates clearly, and resolved issues efficiently. This level of service truly adds value to living here.

I wouldn’t live here. Incredibly poor customer service. There are plenty of other neighboring places to live. This is a lower end townhome almost hotel and studio- like in Short Pump. Very bad management, Gloria specifically. This place is completely outdated and over priced. Bugs everywhere cob webs pollen and dirt and debris, mold—you name it. They never take the trash nor on time or from the 3rd floor. Responses are slow. Nobody is nice. You are paying for the convenience of it being “safe” or across the street from the mall but you are NOT safe. Don’t be fooled. Not to mention they tow cars at their leisure. I have attached photos of the J&R Towing Company’s work and personal vehicles, that unlawfully tows cars AND the trash cans being full at Wellesley place. These photos are all take
