Wellesley Apartments

My experience here was great, location right next to link station which was awesome, and the building manager Tim was welcoming and such a fun neighbor:) Super charming old building, I always go for apartments with character and this was it. From move in to move out everyone was responsive and friendly.

I loved to live here and I miss my apartment and the people dearly. Coming in from Germany to work at UW, no agent would answer my emails, but Tim and I will be forever grateful for that. Not only did I have a roof over my head, I had a great place! Close to the light rail, always cold in summer without AC, close to work and all the shops. What could I have wanted more? I rarely had minor issues, like a dripping faucet and had maintenance fix it immediately after report. I can only recommend the Wellesley, especially with Tim, who has been very welcoming, understanding and helpful in any way imaginable.

I had the best experience with my landlord Tim! He was always available to discuss anything I had a problem with the apartment. He was kind and made me feel like I was in a welcomed community. I will miss living here and especially having Tim as my landlord ! Everyone at this apartment was so kind and made my living experience very pleasant
