Needs major improvement not a good place to live

One star's for the location being super close to Grey Hound and the Marta Train System. The second star is because of the rent. Other than that I wouldn't so much recommend this to anyone. You have the homeless/ drug dealers/ not to mention the Staff is poorly trained and living conditions are not up to pt. Reaches/ Rats/ and some residents have been known to have bed bugs. Lord forbid you drive a nice car because it will targeted.

Its roach infested, a chance of bed bugs, weed is smoked on the 3rd floor it's so strong you can smell it from the second floor stair way, violent not so safe environment, staff are no better than people who live here, and finally there have been at least one death within the building. Not a place I'd recommend moving into.

Appreciate living here for 22 days... But too much drinking and drug activity for my likes... Glad I got an apt that allowed me to leave sooner...
