Susie Vandehey Jurgensen is a breath of fresh air in the real estate world! We took a leap of faith calling her when we saw her Welcome Home Realty sign on the vacant land property for sale next to our home. We had been thinking about selling for about 2 years before meeting Susie but never took that leap as it just seemed like a lot of work to find the right realtor. The instant we met Susie, we trusted her & knew she was the realtor we wanted to help us through the buying of a new home and selling of the current home. She was very patient with us when we were hunting for our new home. In all, I think she showed us 6-7 homes before we found the one we wanted to buy. Somewhere around the beginning of September this year (2017), my wife and I decided it was time to buy our first home. Susie had worked with my wife’s side of the family to buy and sell a couple of homes in the past, and she (my wife) recommended her. Because of my line of work, I naturally tend to “shop around” and wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal. Not just choosing a realtor because he or she was convenient. Well I did my shopping around and I will admit that being a newcomer to the industry of buying houses put me at a disadvantage. How am I supposed to know a good realtor vs. a bad one? It’s one of those things that you just can’t know until you’ve had experience with them. So I agreed to work with Susie as my family had nothing but good things to say about her.

Susie is a wonderful person! I’ve worked with her professionally and she’s also sold my parents a home. She’s laid back and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!
