I have been living here since June 2024 and it's been phenomenal here. Anytime I have a issue with something in my apartment Kolton always has me covered. He is one of the best staff members there and would highly recommend working with him if you need to find a apartment for an amazing price.

I have found Louise, Trent and all the staff at Welcome Home to be reasonable, kind and courteous. Louise took the time to listen to my situation. Trent and Kolton do a great job of trouble shooting apartment problems and fixing them as quickly as they are able. I have been at the same apartment and seen the succession of several property management companies. Welcome Home has been one of the best!

I rented through welcome home for almost 2 years. It was fine at first only because there was little to no contact with them. I found mold and very obvious water damage in my apartment, and they tried to dismiss it as “dirt on the wall”. After the mold obviously grew back worse, I tried to talk to them more about it and make sure they were aware of what was going on in this building they’re managing. I decided it wasn’t worth my peace of mind to keep trying to fight them. To move out of our clearly mold contaminated apartment, I still had to pay rent for the remainder of my lease & pay them an early termination fee. Welcome Home, more like Welcome Hell. We hired them to manage and maintain our property. These photos are from their inspections showing clear damage and garbage but they did nothing. They didn't even tell the tenants to get trash pickup which is in the lease. WH actually tried to charge us instead of use the damage deposit the tenants that they qualified and signed had given. We had to serve them court docs on August 1st. August 2nd they turned it over, but only in part. The court gave us the rest. The judges hands were tied because Welcome Homes attorney written contract (page nine, number 17) makes it impossible to hold them responsible for not doing their job. We got stuck with over $8000 in costs and losses. So steer clear.

From the moment I moved in, Welcome Home Property Management has gone above and beyond to make me feel truly at home. Their clear communication, prompt service, and genuine care for residents set them leagues apart from other management companies I’ve encountered. Every aspect of my lease,from the initial walkthrough to signing and move in, was seamless and stress free. What really stands out is Louis.
