We are so impressed with the service we received from Phillip and Welcome Home Inspections! We live in the US and are managing our parents home due to both now being in long term care. We requested the mobile home inspection so that we would know of any potential and or required repairs. Phillip provided the home inspection report and then did a phone review with us to go over the report and key points with us. Phillip just completed my home inspection. :) I liked him from the start and he was extremely thorough and knows his stuff extremely well. He explained each and every detail, whether copper pipes, how the humidity fan works, exactly where I might have to put sealant on tiles in the bathroom, tightening shower attachments, etc etc. He even used a drone to check the roof.
