I lived here for about 2-3 years and the building itself has some serious problems that no amount of management effort can fully hide.Very little natural sunlight gets into the units because of the poor layout. Paint was already peeling near the ceilings after just a few years.Winters were rough—when it got below zero, the heat struggled, cold air came through the vents and around badly sealed windows and doors. Insulation is terrible, so utility bills were sky-high from running space heaters.The same bad seals meant bugs everywhere in summer. The building is right next to trees, so opening the back door brought in mosquitoes, boxelder bugs, and more—no way to keep them out.Previous management apparently didn’t cooperate during the handover and withheld records, so Plaid Hat is left dealin

I live here and it is nice. They are trying their best to accommodate me with my disabilities.
