Weichert Realtors

My family and I recently moved from a Property in Fairfax (3512 Perry St.) that was "managed" by Weichert. It was one of the worst renting experiences EVER! The "caretaker" was never around and did not maintain the house or property as stated in our Lease. Weichert was unresponsive and unavailable whenever we would try to reach them. Their team in Fairfax has the worst customer service skills in the industry. Very rude and careless. I wish we could have spoken to the Landlord and let them know that their property was not being cared for. I would also tell them that the MOLD in the basement was not tended to and Weichert had no regard for the property. I would not wish this horrible experience on anyone and I caution against anyone using them as property managers.

I am a fairly new agent with Weichert @ Chevy Chase and have had nothing but positive guidance and support! Kudus to Weichert for excellent back office support and knowledgable friendly team !!

I would highly recommend Weichert. They did a great job helping my grandmother list her home. They were always tentative to my family's questions/concerns.
