Beckie Seba is the most incompetent person to call themselves a realtor that I’ve ever heard of. She’s rude, unprofessional, and down right a nasty person. I will never work with her or weichert for for employing her!

David Johnson has been our realtor twice now, and he is incredible! He walked us through buying as first-time homeowners and really held our hand. He then sold that house and worked with us when we purchased #2. He is so knowledgeable, ALWAYS goes above and beyond, and is so genuinely nice to work with. Beware!! Beware!! We leased a house for right at 2 years. An employee from this company was the property manager. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. We were told we didn’t use the correct paint to touch up some spots on the wall. We used the paint the owner had provided. They said it cost $2200 to repaint. They repainted because the didn’t like the yellow color it originally was and to sell it they needed to paint it a different color. We shouldn’t have to pay because they wanted to paint it a different color. They also charged me $172 for landscaping and mowing. Landscaping and mowing was included in the monthly lease payment so to charge extra for that REALLY. They will make up what ever they need to in order to take your entire deposit.
