Worst property management in the history of property OR management. They refuse to take care of their tenants. We went 3 summers with no AC, as they refused to replace the unit that multiple HVAC providers had told them was complete trash. When they finally do get around to filling work orders, they raise the rent on the property. Now I’m trying to get a new place, and can’t get anyone in the office to verify my previous tenancy with them. Absolutely no regard for the lives of the people they’re supposed to be providing service for. Completely unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to my worst enemy. AVOID RENTING FROM WEICHERT AT ALL COSTS.
