Linda Baylis-Spence worked with my fiancé and I to sell our property back in December. After only one day on the market, we had a buyer at our asking price! From then on, it was smooth sailing. Today we completed an almost 12 month long journey of trying to purchase that feel-rite home here on the eastern shore of Virginia. With the skillful assistance of Michael Baril we completed that journey today 8/11/25. We left our dream home that we built with our own hands, from lot clearing to final Lanscape, it was my wife & I. Being a builder I wasn’t so interested in that challenge again so we hoped to purchase a home where someone else enjoyed that process. The bottom line to this long review is that we trusted Tammy Mason to advise us on a house that we didn’t see in person, and was spot on with her assessment that it was exactly what we were looking for. She took very good care of us from the beginning of the process to the closing of the house, and even after we moved -- she must have taken at least another 50 calls from us, asking her who to call for this or that.
