My wife and I were trying to rent a property listed by Chadwick Tejada and the entire process was poor to say the least. We tried to contact him multiple times with no response. Then we finally got a hold of someone in the Lake Mary office and they told us we could see the house and to fill out an application which we did immediately. Fast forward and we finally get word that they had another application come in a few hours before ours and there was nothing we could do. Those applicants had 48 hours to sign the lease and submit funds. Chad said if they don’t meet the deadline then we were up next and the house was ours. I tried multiple times to reach Chad and he finally texted back saying they were still waiting on the funds to be wired. This is now the day after the 48 hour window. So I
