Be aware that Mr. Younts “hates” when other Realtors consult with his clients! (That would only be problematic if the information wasn’t the same) My impression was that because he’s been in the business for over 35 years that he’s the expert. Terrible way to think because the real estate industry has been flipped ... literally! People are buying & selling homes online. If I could give “0” stars I would because that is what this organization deserves based on their performance. First let’s starts with the contract: at least 10 areas that were incorrect. This an excellent Company to use when looking for real estate! this was my very first time purchasing a home and I felt like I was totally blind comming into the whole thing.
