I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Denise Diana, a family friend, while trying to sell my home during a challenging separation. With two young kids—ages 9 and 3—living in the house, I was looking for support and understanding, but instead felt betrayed. It seemed like Denise Diana was trying to play both sides, which made the process feel more complicated and stressful. Instead of advocating for my best interests, it often felt like they were more focused on pleasing everyone involved. This lack of loyalty was disheartening, especially given our relationship. Overall, I cannot recommend Denise Diana. This experience has left me feeling let down and unsupported when I needed it most. I had the pleasure of working with Sean Howard and Tricia Howard. I can't thank them enough in helping me sell my parents home. Sean was excellent in his communication skills and was very accommodating as I live out of state and had to manage selling the home from a distance. Sean was a huge help in providing resources to aid in recommending services and contractors in the area. My husband and I just bought our first home, we are first time home buyers in an extremely competitive market, Mecca went to countless showings with us, took all of our phone calls and answered our never ending list of first time home buyer questions. Mecca was sweet and personable while also being professional the entire time. There were a few houses we "loved" but "lost" to higher bidders (I put those words in quotes because we found our dream home, in our dream neighborhood with great schools and a family atmosphere and we couldn't be more glad.)
