John made himself available to us during a really short closing window for a purchase during the beginning of 2022 and the crazy housing market. He gave us really solid advice throughout the process to make sure we understood everything step-by-step. His knowledge through his 20+ years of experience in the real estate business is evident, and he helped us get through our transaction with a much less experienced selling agent thoroughly and efficiently. Weichert managed a property we rented for a year. They were attentive and responsive. Zach never missed a beat and John was very communicative. I have read some of these other reviews and i cant believe what I am reading, doesn't sound like we have the same property managers at all! John has been great! He has had Simone or himself personally deal with any and all issues we have had with our house. Whenever I file a maintenance request on the renters portal I hear back from Weichert usually within 24 hours. I have been in my current house renting for over 6 years and I am very grateful to have Weichert Realtors work as a middle man between my landlord and myself. We are currently looking to buy our own home and John will be helping us with that endeavor.

I love my place, but it's made so much better by the fact that Weichert is so attentive, responsive, and professional. Every time I reach out, for any reason at all, I get an immediate response. I can even text directly to the office and get a prompt response. Everything is fixed or attended to within 48hrs, usually less. In haven't had many issues, but I love this property management company. Good choice for Jacksonville residents!
