Sellers beware this individual, Robert Yencha and company in my opinion create a very serious FICTITIONAL, buyers in order to persuade you to sign a listing agreement with them, only to have this buyer magically vanish, shortly there after, leaving you with in my case $1400 in attorney fees, for two such properties and bound to them for the duration of the listing, I will be also filing a complaint with the New Jersey Licensing Board as well.
