I am leaving this review to specify the poor professionalism and disrespect from Zak Abdullah and one of his team members who mistreated a client who submitted an application for an apartment. Zak and his colleague were short and impatient when speaking with the applicant and her representing agent and took a payment without ever confirming if her application was actually processed. When pressed for a response as to where her application stood, calls and emails were ignored. Finally, when called by the applicant to know why she was passed over for approval, Zak Abdullah insulted her and said if her application was really worth it she wouldn’t still be home searching. Absolutely do not work with these people!

Zak and Michael were completely disrespectful of our time when applying to an apartment. Didn't bother getting actual updates from the landlord. Don't advertise a place as "ASAP move" if the approval process is going to take 2+ weeks. You should know that before listing an apartment.
