Penny is the greatest land lady I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Whenever a issue arise she was prompt to take care of it. 100% would rent from Weed Properties again shall I make it back to OKC 👍

Rented a house from them. No A/C. Not a problem provided my own. Had a furnace which didn’t work. Never wanted to come out to fix it. This ice storm I paid some one to pick up branches and clean up. I was never compensated. Then they said they mowed my yard. Twice. In the middle of winter. Lol I provided pictures because the dates were days a part from when they said they came out to mow and the tree clean up. Then I was asked to give a key to them then the next day I got their handy man on camera trashing my house and stealing my items. Very sketchy people.

House always flooded when it rained they weren't going to fix so husband did. They didn't give him any credit for it at all. Hubby did a great job it hasn't flooded since he fixed it. Since moved in have had RATS AND ROACHES!! Rats are so bad you can hear them chewing in the walls and ceiling and making their noises. And there are 2-3 other neighbors with the same issue. Here's some pics of RATS our dogs had caught while living there. We just moved out recently.

I went and looked at this property on Thursday the 16th and I immediately went into your office and put in an application. She stated i was the first applicant for this home. she stated that it took about a day to process the application and that I would have an answer the next day. she had been communicating with me via text and text me on Friday morning about the AC and at that time I asked for the status on my application and she said she had been busy and that she would get back to me. I waited until about 4:30 that day and called again to check the status on my application and she stated that she was working on it but that the air conditioning unit had to be replaced at the house. I wasn't sure at the time what what that had to do with processing my application but she told me that i

My wife has rented for them for 5 years. They don't fix there stuff at home. I have been calling about the electrical panel. Keeps popping breakers is bad. I'm a licensed electrician an offer to fix it. And they still don't care all they want it there money each money. Weed Property Management. nothing more than slumlords in Oklahoma City.
