Wedgewood West

Management was great when I moved in, but now it's absolutely abysmal. I just moved out on the 31st, and they are trying to charge me $1,400 for damages, when I have pictures proving that all the damages they're trying to list were there the day I moved in, as well as numerous maintenance claims proving that they continued to be a problem and were never fixed. They're also attempting to charge me rent for the month after my lease ended, because I waited until the lease was signed on my new place to notify them. I spent a whole day shampooing the carpets and scrubbing the walls the day I moved out, and they're trying to charge me for damages that maintenance themselves admitted were left by the tenants before me or their own staff, such as paint splotches on the floor. These are basically old apartments that are nicely renovated. Maintenance staff is good and so is the management. However, the vehicles on East Henrietta Road create a lot of noise.

I have lived at Wedge Wood West Apartments for 7 years now, there is a reason I have not moved. The Management Staff used to be terrible when I first moved in I was lucky if they fixed anything. The maintenance Staff now is fantastic!!! Bill the Manager of Maintenance is by far the best he comes right away when your sink is clogged and is so nice and treats everyone with respect and kindness beyond the call of duty. The Property Manager Katie is so kind and considerate I can't say enough about her, I am so happy to live here and I consider all of them a part of my family.

I LOVE living here at Wedgewood West. The only reason I am leaving is because I took a job out of state otherwise I'd live here forever. My apartment is spacious and super inexpensive. My landlord Katie is great and if I ever have any issue or concern she is on top of it. I had to have a lock fixed and maintenance was at my apartment in 5 minutes. Covered parking is great to have during the winter and the balconies are great during the summer. Prime location, highly suggest renting here.
