Wedgewood Apartments

Extremely , poorly maintained ! many issues , with safety and health risks. Any fixes are left unattended for very long time or never . Cannot believe goverment or whoever looks after these apartments as far as safety and health issues is letting this happen . Shamefull ! I'm not going to stand back and leave to chance that this will be a letter to change conditions there . I'm taking this further until things are done properly there !

Loud nosey rip off ..... infest in drugs and users the smell in hallways is horrific, constantly sick Few months of time I lived there.... took a month to get a fridge ... was told to get a cooler and ice to deal with it.... got charged on deposit for things that was already broke or the way it was when I moved in! Never will I recommend this place it needs to be condemned! Then tried charging me fees or rent that I paid on time in fast friendly manner of 1 day being late.... went to office showed all of my money orders and receipts and looked on my deposit paper AND STILL CHARGED ME!!!!! I’ll be taking wedgewood to small claims! And I paid 595 deposit which my paper says 500

A great place to live and very convenient within walking distance to shop eat and drink 🍸
