We Manage Property Management

Called to see who was in charge of maintaining the front of the property (my apartment deals with littered trash and human feces regularly). Person who answered the phone was unsure, although ensured me they were the best person to talk to. I am sure they are trying their best but unfortunately I had to pick up the trash and feces this time. Also to clarify these are not my own feces. Person who answered the phone was polite.

WeManage allowed other tenants to harass me and took no action. They forced me to move via a constructive eviction, and they have not returned my security deposit - which is illegal, as it has been well over 21 days. Edited to add: when I finally got my deposit back, they charged me for a broken/missing fire alarm. I sent them VIDEO showing them this alarm was broken, and I submitted multiple maintenance requests to have it fixed. They never fixed the alarm, a clear violation of the law, and then had the audacity to BILL ME for it after leaving me in unsafe conditions for over a year.

I lived at a condo managed by this company for 6.5 years. I had a consistently positive experience with them. My service requests were always handled with urgency (Robin is wonderful to work with). Everyone there was always kind and helpful, including the vendors they sent to make the repairs. I moved out last month (02/2025). I had the place professionally cleaned before I left and I received my full security deposit back. I was also lucky that I had a great landlord who was very accommodating to my needs. It was a great experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend this company.

I have lived at a We Manage property for many years. I have dealt with a lot of management companies over the years (Miller & Desatnik was the worst in Culver City) and by far this is the best management company I have worked with. They are extremely responsive to maintenance requests and have really made some great upgrades to my apartment and the property over the years. Special shoutout to Alex and Robin who have been super helpful throughout my time with We Manage.

We Manage did above and beyond what we ever expected! They were able to get our Tenant out who had not paid us for over four months. We had started an eviction process many times on our own, trying to save money, but would realize we had done something wrong and have to start again. Alex Bengard plus his company took care of all that expediently. They personally delivered the three day notice to Pay or Quit, wrote a letter to our Tenant, which was hand delivered, and handled many texts back-and-forth with our Tenant. We didn’t think she would ever leave. But We Manage got them out. We are forever grateful! Thank you so much, Alex!
