As of December 16th no $200 received or sent. Never signed a lease for Wayside Duplexes, managed by Hawthorne Residential Partners. Told that I would receive my $200.00 security deposit back and as of December 15th, not received. Sent: Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 12:47:23 PM EST Subject: Your move out statement is attached Hello Ms. Sunjata, Please see attached statement with your refund. This has been mailed to the address you provided. Please let me know if you have any questions. Our property accountant has been provided with your move out statement, and your refund check can take up to 2 weeks to be received. (Refund checks are mailed separately).
