We couldn’t be more grateful to Robert Thomas Homes for bringing our dream home to life. From day one, their team was incredibly communicative, organized, and attentive to every detail. They stuck to the timeline, kept us in the loop at every stage, and made the entire process surprisingly stress-free (something we didn’t think was possible when building a custom home!). We worked directly with Michelle and Dustin and they were a dream team and so fun to work with. Every inch of our home reflects thoughtful craftsmanship and care, and we’re so excited to create lifelong memories here. We can’t wait to bring our 3 children home to this gorgeous space in the beautiful Waypointe of Woodbury community. Thank you, RTH for helping us build not just a house, but a forever home. If I were to create a tag line for Robert Thomas Homes, it would be to call them a Concierge Builder! Having owned several new homes where we have had several levels of sub=par communication from the various builders, but this has not been an issue with RTH. In ADDITION to the initial sales conference, the contract signing, blue print meetings the site visits, and the new home introduction, the ad hoc communications from both our sales representative Michelle and our project manager Dustin has create a level of comfort and satisfaction that I never felt previously. It has been a pleasurable and quick process from the initial groundbreaking to the key handover. Unbelievable. Thanks to the entire RTH crew.

My Robert Thomas home after 5 years has shingles falling off. Of course they won’t stand behind it. Buyer beware of their warranty.
