Inspect Before You Rent – My Experience (April 2024) I have documentation and receipts for everything mentioned below. I highly recommend thoroughly inspecting any unit if you decide to move in and speaking to current residents, if possible. When I moved into my apartment in April 2024, the unit had been vacant for months and had not been properly prepared (it is still vacant now and listed on the site). There was no pest control treatment done before my move-in. The manager shared they chose not to spray the interior prior to move in because “some tenants don’t like commercial pest control.” Only the exterior had been treated. Do not live here. We lived here for about a year, and the only consistently kind and helpful person was the maintenance technician. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear other residents’ conversations clearly. Ants and spiders were an ongoing issue. Most concerning was a serious electrical problem. My son was electrocuted by an outlet he was not touching and had nothing in his hands. Maintenance attempted to fix it, but the issue was never resolved. Even flipping a light switch would result in getting shocked. The electrical problem clearly extended beyond a single outlet, and living there felt unsafe. There were also constant issues with pet waste around the property. Although many residents did not clean up after their dogs, management would fine residents even when the waste was

this is a nice and quiet community to live in for a slower pace of living. the staffing crew was excellent the entire stay we had at cibolo. they were informative about the homes, surrounding area and culture of fort worth. thalya and jordan are extremely nice and will greet you like family. also big shout out to miller for always readily coming thru on to fix any issue we would have. his response time is incomparable to say the least. tho we have moved, i definitely recommend these townhome for anyone looking to live in saginaw area that doesn’t want typical apartment living. prices aren’t high at all for the complete package you get here at wayfare cibolo hills.

I had a great experience with the staff at Wayfare. Everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They made the entire process of finding a rental smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

If zero stars were available, that's what I would choose! My grandson was electrocuted by standing too close to an outlet. He didn't touch it and he had nothing else in his hands. When my daughter alerted the property manager about the event, after a trip to the ER, the property manager was disinterested. She quipped, "well he's still breathing so he must be okay". I have encouraged my daughter and son-in-law to sue this property owner for negligence. In you want to put your family in harms way, then this might be the place for you!
