Wavertree Apartments

I’ve lived here for almost 10 years now and counting. Still here 2025. This place use to be a very family oriented community which is why we’ve lived here for so long. The people were great. and it is not anymore.Do not move here if you have kids or want to live in a family oriented place. Should be an old folks community to be honest. Feels like you are walking on eggshells living here . Too many apartments are having issues and they’re not being kept up on. Rent increases every year and their not worth what their going for

I moved from OR to Redding for a state job and got extremely lucky to stay here! Management is amazing! Kathy is by far the best management! She keeps the apartments clean and safe!! She’s not your typical property manager she is always there for you just a text away! I was proud to call this place my home!

I don't live there but have family that does. It is for families with children. It's quiet, the townhouses are well maintained, management is nice. If you are single or like to party this place isn't for you. If I could get a place here I would but all my kids are grown and have their own families

I love living here. Its pretty quiet here even though it's between Victor Ave and the 40 freeway. They try to keep the grounds clean and bushes trimmed. You are very close (within 1-2miles) to Costco, WalMart, Target, Winco and the Shasta Mall. The only down side would be the homeless & others coming through at night. Other than that it's a great place to live.

Competitively priced apartments. They accept pets with a $500 deposit. 2 and 3 bedroom units, both have a garage. Not much yard but means no grass to mow. Complex has a pool which is rarely used by the residents, we go all the time and usually have it to ourselves. Within easy walking distance of groceries and other shopping.
