This review and rating is for Maxine has provided amazing service through the leasing process. When our family first visited she assisted the staff member that did our initial lease and made sure that we didn’t miss anything or have to redo paperwork. Every time we have a question she provides the correct information promptly. Whenever we have maintenance needs for our apartment she quickly assists with the service requests. While renewing the lease each year we were here she has everything ready and gives great instructions on what to do. Outside of all of her professional assistance she is a pleasure to be around and has proven the test of time as we have seen many staff members come and go! Thank you Ms Maxine, we appreciate you!

Honestly, this complex has surprised me in a good way. When I first moved in, I was expecting the usual apartment headaches slow maintenance, noisy neighbors, stuff like that but it’s been the opposite. Every time I needed something fixed, they handled it quick and right the first time. The property stays clean, they keep up with the landscaping, and I’ve noticed management really trying to make sure residents follow the rules so it stays a nice place to live. The office staff always speak and help when I need something. I like that they’re actually present and not just sitting behind the desk ignoring people. Overall, I’m comfortable here and plan on staying for a while.

Ms. Maxine has been amazing from the day I came in to apply for a new home to move in day! The best assistant property manager I've had in the 9 years I have lived in Virginia! I am grateful that she listens to your needs and is sure they are fulfilled. A true angel in disguise! I love my new home and my daughter's do too.

This is a lovely apartment complex with super friendly office staff. Destiny in particular was incredibly helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to try to help us find a new home.

Do not rent here! I’ve been here 4 years now and when I first moved in I loved it. It has completely gone down hill since then. My AC has been messed up for 3 of those years and it only gets patched up here and there. We’ve spent multiple days over those years in a scorching hot apartment. They sent a contractor out once because there was no maintenance guy at the time and the contractors even said I needed a new unit. Fast forward a year later I’m still with the same old unit and issues. I literally call almost twice a week for no AC. They put Freon in it and it lasts for a day. It’s the holiday weekend and my family and I, you guessed it, have no AC. It’s running close to 90 degrees in my apartment. Called the after hours maintenance several times and got a hold of someone once out of th
