Waverly Apartments

Waverly Apartments is really heading towards the great direction. There is currently new management so a lot of residents that do not do their due diligence and follow up with management are mostly angry that management is enforcing policy and rules. This is a great location great pricing, great maintenance and great management. Please do not listen to recent reviews when in reality a lot of the time it is people who do not follow the rules or do not do their due diligence that leave dishonest reviews. I have been living here for the last three months and absolutely love it. I have zero complaints about this property, and I have lived in many other places before!!!

We just moved it bc where we were living was not only a bad area our place was falling apart so while looking for a new place someone told us about Waverly and the lady in the office is great she helped us so much and we have a great and beautiful new place to live we are very grateful for everything. The new management is great.

My bf and I put in an application here a couple of weeks ago and I guess we were declined but we're being ghosted by management. Not a very professional way to treat people who just dropped $100 for even the consideration, at least give someone the dignity of a real answer.

New property manager is extremely unprofessional, great maintenance guys though, they're super nice and helpful!!

One of the best places for anyone! Maintenance team over here is fast and knowledgeable, well spirited, and the staff are really friendly!
