Scammers. Do not rent with these people. After i went through Aplication process, they denied the application, because “unable to verify income”. After, i provided all kind paperwork, they just denied it. Then, They asked for an Approved Guarantor who has to earn at less 8,000$, and i have it, and then just starting to provide more excuses. This property was already rented, to someone else, they are just stealing people’s money, and finally the do not refund your Fee. What a waste of time.

Honestly seems like a huge scam dealing with this brokerage. Applied for a home they had listed and they told me they couldn’t proceed because I had a pet which was not listed. After giving me approval to bring my pet they screened my application and then denied it although my credit and all criteria’s were met. I asked for a refund multiple times before they screened the application and they continued to tell me they could not refund my application even when the application wasn’t screened. I do not recommend at all. Do not apply for any properties listed with this company.

Va a ser 19 días en esta situación , todo es por pasos y toma semanas para vallan a lo siguiente aún está mi tío con los huecos en la pared la alfombra levantada y con ventiladores para sacar la humedad por 5 días gastando el electricidad y por supuesto aún pagando la renta en tiempo 🤷🏻‍♀️
