Working with Riad Shamoun and team Watson in vero beach fl was by far one of the best experiences I have had selling my home, I had to go through three realtors to finally find Ray and his team . Ray was very knowledgeable and professional he believed in the value of my home when no one else did, he kept us informed every inch of the way and presented my home to buyers like he was selling his own home very appreciative of Ray and his team. My daughter was looking for a rental and found one through his company. (Keep in mind she was already approved through a different company but liked his better and has good credit) . After giving them $100!!! for a rental application, She was just sent an email with the simple words - you have been denied- Not one person could tell me what the issue was, not randy who said, "not my job", Kathy who said "i cannot help you call the processing company", they said "based on your application your denied." Well that certainly clears things up!! Very poor customer service, we have never been treated with such indifference. I guess it’s a good thing as I cannot imagine how she would have been treated as a tenant, very unprofessional and incompetent.

I have dealt with many realtors in the past. I chose Sharon (Winslow) because I can tell her passion for her job is way above other realtors. I didn't even hesitate in contacting her because I know she's going to do an excellent job for me.

I have rented a property from Watson, formally Real Living All Florida Realty, for the past two years. I have never paid the rent late and always upkept the property. Two reasons for the awful rating, a water line breakage and extremely rude agent. Last year the property experienced a water main break, the water company notified us of the large amount of water being used and we notified Watson immediately. It took two weeks to get someone out to fix which resulted in two months worth of outrageous water bills. We were then told to pay the bills upfront and they would reimburse, but not the full amount of the water bill overage. We went back and forth over the course of a month when finally they allowed us to prorate rent to pay for the water bill, again not the compete overage either. The
