If you’ve had a bad experience with salesman (realtors), or heard of someone having a bad experience, I’m here to inform you that those rumors still hold true with Watson Realty. I wound not recommend this company to sell or buy another home. I purchased a home in the Grand Oaks community with William Weseman construction, and was involuntary obligated to work with Watson Realty. From day one I was given false information regarding veteran tax benefits for the state of Florida. Communication with the realtor was so bad I had to call the main office to correct issues with communication. As a salesman your entire job is working closely with your customer and making sure their needs are met. While they didn't do anything when I called to ask about a rental, when I went in person they were supremely attentive and took action on my needs right away and were very personable and kind. Their realtor, Kiandrea, who showed me the home was also super helpful and acted right away on my requests.

It was a pleasure to work with Matthew Perry and his wife! They both were extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the market and FHA loans. Matt went above and beyond to make sure that my deal went through as well as answer any questions I had.
