Waterview Rental

My boyfriend and I went on a tour here a few days ago. The property itself seemed to be kept clean. There was a lot of parking space which is always a plus in apartment communities. We were touring a 1/1 which and this specific unit had a washer/dryer in unit which is another big plus. My only complaint would be the kitchen appliances. They weren’t bad but they weren’t newer either. If that is something you don’t mind then you’ll likely love this apartment. Shoutout to Gisele in the leasing department. She was very helpful during our tour. Very outgoing and gave great advice!

The apartment has a spacious open layout, and the lobby offers bright lighting with a warm, inviting ambiance that makes you feel right at home. What truly made the experience even better was Luigi. He was not only extremely helpful but also very friendly and welcoming. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable despite traveling so far to study in Florida. His genuine care for my comfort and needs stood out, and it really felt like he went above and beyond to ensure I settled in smoothly. Frank, the manager, also deserves recognition for streamlining the entire leasing process and making everything straightforward. On top of that, the rest of the staff were efficient, professional, and kind, which made the whole experience even more positive. I would highly recommend staying

GISELE wastes your time! She lies, posts the wrong pictures, makes you drive an hour to see the place, all of a sudden it’s hundreds more than the listed price, and a completely different model apartment. There was no kitchen, no walk in closet, no resemblance to the pictures advertised. Then, will attempt to make you feel weird for even clarifying. Awful business model. She posted this apartment on facebook marketplace, and after our meeting, she immediately blocked my account so I would not be able to review her on there. Do not rent here.

My family and I are so happy we chose this community. The property is beautifully maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the staff is always friendly and responsive whenever we need assistance. A special thank you to Luigi, who went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the process—he truly made our move seamless and welcoming.
