Waterview Colonial Manor Apartments

This place has been amazing from the application and even last night when I had a blown fuse with no power in my living room/bedroom. This company has the kindest employees who will make sure you are taken care of! I love this place and am proud to call it home.

It’s been great living here! Definitely a hidden gem :-) Warm, friendly & caring staff, prompt maintenance turnaround, & a quiet neighborhood. The units are older but so charming & cozy. The grounds are very well maintained (weekly grass cutting, dumpsters are emptied often, i’ve seen maintenance walking around in the mornings picking up loose trash), and you can tell they really care. I almost didn’t even come tour this property, but i’m so glad i did! i’m happy here 😃

Excellent place to live. Things I love about this place: 1) Great Management Team. They've been extremely friendly, responsive to my requests and needs. They even accommodated my move-in date so I can start my job on time. 2) Location - Just a few minutes to shopping malls, Portsmouth City Park, tunnels and highway. 3) Neighborhood feels safe, and the place is very affordable. 4) Free parking not just for the tenants, but for guests as well and I never had issues finding a parking space close to my house. Overall, I highly recommend this place, if you can find an opening that is! They only do paper lease though, so you will have to come in person to sign.

I've been living at Waterview Colonial Manor for about two years and let me tell yall, the place is fantastic! The prices are insanely affordable at $700 (or even less) for a one bedroom apartment. It's in a great location, management is fantastic, and maintenance is wonderful! The neighborhood is peacefully quiet and I've yet to have a bad run-in with a single neighbor in my two years. If you're looking for an apartment with reliable staff, a quiet neighborhood, is ridiculously affordable, and is close to several shopping centers, then this is THE place to go!

Fantastic “diamond in the rough” that is Portsmouth. When I saw how cheap the rent was for a one bedroom apartment, I figured there would be sacrifices that I would have to make (bad neighborhood, horrible maintenance team/front office, etc.). That wasn’t even close to the experience that I had at Waterview-Colonial. The rental office staff was always so friendly and accommodating, Melanie, Tom, and Eve were always there to answer any questions or concerns that I had and always greeted me by name. You could tell they really care about their residents. The maintenance staff was another amazing team of people to work with, always super polite and overall a great group.
