My daughter just moved into the perfect first apartment! The staff, led by Jackie, are professional, timely, and so friendly. Morgan Properties are fortunate to have them. Jackie actually lived here for several years and can speak with authority on safety, amenities, maintenance, and community. The property has a so well maintained and looks inviting. Park-like and tree-lined with friendly, pet-loving neighbors. Plenty of parking and an amazing pool setup. The apartment is clean, bright, and very recently updated. Several closets and a basement storage unit if needed. Two a/c units and a ceiling fan keep the rooms very comfortable even on the hottest, most humid days. The room seems very well insulated from noise. Quiet neighbors too. Jackie showed us how secure the smart locks,

We had a great experience at Waterview! They have a very helpful and friendly staff who were always willing to help. A highlight of these apartments is the fact that there is a washer and dryer in your unit. Thank you Jackie and staff!

Very disappointed with how the one lady in the office treated me last Monday. (I never caught her name unfortunately, she appears to be a part timer) Jackie is always great; never had an issue with her. She's always been kind and helpful to me. The other lady was giving me a terrible attitude regarding a missing package of mine. I called her back later that day and she just was very rude and irritated and was basically acting like I was a burden to her. I told her she was being rude on the phone based off her tonality. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I've also had maintenance out multiple times for the same issues and they're still not resolved. This place is such a wonderful apartment complex. They care about the little things and truly make a great living experience for all residents, from plowing the driveway thoroughly, to answering all your questions ahead-of-time, to newsletters every month that keep you well-informed of the community. They go above and beyond. Jackie is great, the office staff is great, and the maintenance staff is friendly and thorough (not lazy at all). I'm so happy to be here.

We've lived in Waterview for 2 years now and just renewed for a third. Overall, our experience has been pretty good! Communication with the leasing office is good. Grounds are well maintained. We've had minor repairs needed over the years but never anything major. I appreciate their efforts in bringing the community together. Definitely pet and kid friendly and safe. If I could recommend anything it would be to update the gym and replace the speed bump (that thing messes up my car and I go literally 5mph over it) but for a clean and safe apartment... I can deal with that for another year! For a first apartment, this place has been great, and I would highly recommend.
