I had a deeply disappointing experience with MDL Property. After submitting a rent and deposit totaling approximately $7,000, they made us run in circles for over a month just to get our money back. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, the process was unreasonably delayed, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. Communication was sparse, and responses, when they came, often lacked clarity or commitment to timelines. For a company managing rental properties, I would have expected more professionalism and transparency in handling finances. If you’re considering renting or dealing with deposits through MDL Property, be prepared for a potentially frustrating experience.

I lived there for the last 3 years amazing place, Millbrae community center and Central Park right in front of the condo. Good neighbors and neighborhood. So far i've been living here for 6 months and i've been really happy living here. Nothing beats the location of this property, directly across the street you've got the Millbrae Library and Millbrae city hall, Within walking distance to the Millbrae BART station, then a nearby Safeway, Trader Joe's, Lucky's, Lunardi's for grocery choices, all the major banks (Citibank, BofA, Wells..), it's within walking distance to downtown millbrae, which has a bunch of hidden gem restaurants to eat at, a nearby catholic church and some really good schools and parks for kids. The complex itself is quaint, quiet and really homey. The heated pool and spa is so so good to soak in at night, after a long day.
