This place is a joke, we have lived here for 3 years and this will be our last.what used to be a nice community is now a dump. The gate has been broken for almost a year with no efforts to fix it. The dumpster was broken last week which in turn caused trash valet which is $40 per month to be canceled. The trash was pilling up the amount of rats that were probably in there is insane. There is now a dumpster parked in the middle of the street so you can barley see around it when driving to make sure no one is going hit you from the other side. The pool is not maintained during winter months so it’s a ses pool of water currently. The outdoor grill patio areas are never cleaned and are covered in mold. Horrid management. I have lost sleep multiple nights in a row because they allow smoke alarms to go off constantly. Finally, I called the fire department and they resolved everything immediately. Management was openly upset about this, I guess because their incompetence was on display. We gave them multiple opportunities and plenty of time to resolve the issue, and they chose to ignore it. These alarms are loud and when they go off at 3am and don’t stop for 40 hours, you expect some sort of resolution from your management team. Two days after the fire department resolved the issue, maintenance came by to act like they fixed it. The next week, the alarm was back on. Still no action from management. We get messages that it’ll be “addressed” but that is truly on their own time. They frankly

I should have known better than to rent at this property since I had never heard of this fly-by-night management company. They do not care about residents. There are several monthly fees that they don’t tell you about before you complete an application to become a resident. I didn’t learn about these fees until I signed the lease, which seems like deceptive business practices. The following fees were billed each month: * Common Area Electricity $15.32 * Storm Water Drainage $3.30 * Trash $8.35 Why must residents pay these fees? * Pest Control $2.25 (the apartment was only treated at the time I moved in and the tech advised that I would need to call if any future treatments were needed). * Valet Trash $25.00 (never used because of the ridiculous rules/regulations the property imposes - if

I would not recommend Waterstone Apartments. Despite knowing the applicant had recently been displaced due to a fire, the staff never followed up or showed any urgency or care throughout the process. A situation that clearly required compassion and basic communication was met with silence. Extremely disappointing experience.

Worst apartment complex ever. Would not recommend. I can’t wait until my lease is up. I have mold in my unit and every time I complain to management they just send someone to clean it and it comes right back. I have spent 100s of dollars on mold cleaning supplies just for it to not work . At this point I’m going to get the health department involved . I’ve expressed multiple time to management about the conditions and she just places a work order to have someone clean it. That doesn’t change anything
