Waterstone At Wellington Apartments

Been living here a couple years now and love it!! Haven't needed Maintenance a whole lot but when I have they're quick and get the job done. Everyone in the office is great! The manager Dawn, Elise, and the new gentleman, JR. I do like the community wellness events yall have been doing lately, I hope they continue!

I’m so eager and excited to write the review. this apartment so far has been amazing. It’s older, but it was so well cleaned when I got here and well-maintained. I am so pleased. The leasing office is so amazing. They care so much about their jobs. They were so excited for them to move in and that just always feels really good. Sima Is especially amazing. So happy to call this home!

Nice place, convenient location, great value! I stopped in today to review a 3 bedroom. The apartment has an attached garage which is under the apartment. Overall the apartment was nice and somewhat spacious. The price is one of the best in Wellington. I added a video of my tour on YouTube should you like to see the apartment with the garage.

Has potential. The units are large but cheaply put together. Very lazy people in the office. Never actually answering calls or questions; and they don’t follow up like promised. Maintenance takes forever and is not convenient. Dog droppings everywhere. Just overall disappointing

Waterstone is one of the better deals in the area for the price. Justine the property manager was very attentive and always responded quickly to any issues that arose. One of the appealing points for me was the opportunity to sign on for less than a year while we house hunted. We opted for the 3/2 with garage which ranged about $1900 with valet trash. I never once felt that they were price gouging as costs were clearly defined during lease signing. The on site gym had optimal equipment and the pool was spacious and always look well kept for the time I resided here. I would like to add that the hedges for those renting properties with garages are extremely cumbersome. Although they add curb appeal the reality is that they make it difficult to get in and out of your car without scratching yo
