This review reflects my direct personal experience as a former resident. The property presents itself as renovated and professionally managed, but my experience was very different. During my lease, I personally experienced pest issues, including rodents and insects, despite being charged monthly pest control fees. When I reported these problems, I did not feel they were handled with urgency or real concern for resident living conditions. My husband and I just moved into Waterstone at Brier Creek and we both were impressed with the apartment. But, first Haley Ashleigh, and Chris in the leasing office are the most patient, professional and caring people. The maintenance manager Chris and his assistant Anthony literally worked tirelessly to get things perfect for me in our apartment. When they say they aim to keep their residents happy, they mean it. Chris literally came to place an extension chain to the ceiling fan, because i could not reach it! Talk about service. I think we will happy here 😊 I need to correct some names here. Yes, live HERE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Leasing Team & Community Experience From my very first tour with Chris and Ashley all the way through the application, signing process, and now a month into living here, the leasing team has been nothing short of outstanding. They were knowledgeable, welcoming, and incredibly patient—Chris made the entire process smooth and stress-free, setting the tone for what has become an amazing living experience. Every interaction since moving in has reinforced how great this community is. I’ve been living at this apartment complex for the past 3–4 years and continue to have a great experience. I feel safe here, and the staff is consistently professional and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference. The location is also very convenient—easy access for commuting to work, airport, close to shopping centers, and everyday essentials. Overall, it’s been a positive place to call home, and I’m happy to still be living here.

Since I moved here in 2024 I have had no complaints. It is located in a great area, and both the leasing staff and maintenance staff are incredible and professional. It’s been a joy to call this place home. The apartment is well designed and put together nicely and it’s in a quiet and safe area. Hopefully looking forward to them bringing back community/neighbor friendly activities soon.
