Waterstone at Big Creek Apartments

I recently had a few questions about renewing my lease and possibly transferring to a remodeled apartment and, as usual, I had a lot of questions. Miss Annie always replies to my emails super fast, usually within 15 to 20 minutes. I honestly don’t know how she keeps up but she always does. That kind of responsiveness is a big reason I decided to stay another year. I’ve also seen a lot of improvements around the property over the past few years and it looks better than ever.

From start to finish, Violet the leasing agent provided exceptional service. She was very professional, patient, and informative while showing me the apartment and walking me through all the amenities. She answered every question I had and made sure I felt confident and comfortable. Her vibe was amazing super positive and welcoming and it honestly made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Thank you Raul you did an outstanding job! After my request to the Maintenance Service, I have to say that Raul repaired all the issues in my apartment efficiently and with great attention to detail. He was on time, very professional, and explained what he was doing. Everything was left clean and in perfect condition. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with Raúl Avellaneda at the Waterstone at Bigcreek subdivision. He repaired my dishwasher, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his work. I've lived here for over 6 years and John in maintenance has worked hard and long hours consistently throughout all of the other staff changes. He's always so friendly and doesn't give up no matter how hard the task. He's the reason for my 5 star review. Thank you for never failing to put a smile on mine and my family's faces 🙂
