Waterside Village Apartments

I Rent from them, I never have any problems when I need repairs Kristin always answers the phone with an upbeat friendly voice. I've lived here for 7 years and I must say that I really enjoyed her positive vibes. She is really getting things done. P. S. I also have to mention our service staff even though he doesn't speak English very well he does use his cell phone to translate. I give him 6 stars for his willingness to get the jobs done around here. Being that he's the only one working here.

We are so happy with the new management and maintenance! Kristin has been amazing and the best property manager by far that has worked here. Not only does she care about her tenants on a personal level she also has shown tremendous care regarding the complex. She has accomplished so much in such a short period of time, whereas before the issues would be dragged out or never addressed at all. It had gotten to the point that the place was falling apart, due to the incompetence of the previous staff. The improvements Kristin has made are great and there is a considerable difference with the complex that is for the better. She is very communicative, quick to respond, and quick to resolve any issues that may occur. The emails we recieve regarding updates and the reminders to encourage everyone

Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the new property manager, Kristin. Such a great experience dealing with a talented, committed  and professional individual. Kristin generates a work order immediately after our service request and even follows up with a completion email as well. Speaking with Kristin is truly a pleasure and nothing is a problem when it comes to my concerns. Kristin’s accomplishments have been nothing less than impressive, and for that I thank her. Capital Management has in my opinion, found the he perfect person for tenants satisfaction.

I just wanted to say, since Kristin the new office manager was hired , things have gotten a lot better around here. The new maintenance guys are great as well. It's nice to know, when you call the office someone actually answers the phone and if you have a problem with your apartment the maintenance guys get right on it. They are also addressing a lot of problems around here that should have been addressed a long time ago. So keep up the good work, I appreciate all the new changes around here. It is definitely becoming a much nicer place to live.

No hot water again on a holiday weekend. Called 4 times, finally got the emergency line to answer, that was nearly 3 hours ago. No one has shown up or called me back. The office manager did call me and was very nasty, Kristen interigagated me on Why I left messages on the office phone? Its because no one picked up the emergency line, I was not forwarded to the emergency line, the office was my only choice. I remind management I'm a Resident Not an Inmate. Just tried to reach the emergency line again and it's unavailable.
