Waterside on Williamson

Moved in beginning of March tomorrow is June1st and I have been here with no working AC for 3 months. maintenance do not know what they are doing. I stay in a townhome where the kids room is upstairs, so if it’s 85 degrees downstairs you can imagine how hot upstairs is. It’s unlivable and makes it worst that I work from home so I have to sit in the heat SWEATING ALL DAY and then leave when I clock out. You can’t sleep in the heat. From day 1 I asked for screens on my windows but they never brought them so I can’t even open the windows. Just sitting in a hot box with my electricity bill going to $600 and I don’t understand how. They still have popcorn ceilings with patches, white appliances they are being moved unit to unit when something goes out NOTHING NEW. EVERYTHING been in here 10+ ye

Everything would be fine, but the people upstairs stump on the floor. When my phone rings, they all run as though they’re getting a phone call. A man in that same above apartment seems to be stalking me. I mentioned on a phone call that I was headed to a certain place and before my friend & I got there, this same man had beat us there & was just sitting there in his truck. I have reported it to the front office and to the police. The people upstairs watch who’s coming to see us & who’s leaving & all of them come sit over the room in which my guest are gathered in order to listen.Other than that, it has a beautiful dog park, laundry facility, and lake.Bugs from other apartments will get in if you don’t treat yourself or put up a barrier to keep them out.

Literally love the apartment and the rates BUT I’ve been complaining about my downstairs neighbor since I’ve moved in. This woman beats on the ceiling if my KIDS are playing around during the day but my kids have been gone for 2 months and now she blasts her tv so loud it vibrates my floor. I’ve complained to the front office multiple times and nothing has been done about it. When I signed my lease I was told that there was a limited amount of complaints before they take further action and no further action had been taken. I get no peace in my own home and I’ve even asked what do I have to do to move to another unit because this woman is literally purposely harassing me at this point. She will come home turn her tv on blast and leave. I work from home and have gotten written up at my job b

I did not have blinds upon moving in and purchased my own from Home Depot. I took them with me upon leaving and was charged for them in my deposit. Emailed managment and they declined my dispute. Additionally I was charged for cable a month after moving in despite the promise of free cabel. I had to disconnect and return equipment myself. I would stay away unless you want to be be robbed.

I like it here, clean area, they said it's roaches, "well I don't have any "..been here almost an year. Won't say I haven't seen any ,until bout a month after moving in .when I did I immediately start treating my place right away . ("One roach is too many to me") , I love & keep my apartment clean , I don't invite roaches or rodents to come live or stay ..lol But anyhow ,The staffs are friendly, any thing need repair ,they come on asap sometimes that same day.
